​Museum Landesgalerie Burgenland adds Isabella Trimmel's "Through Other Eyes" to their permanent collection. Art opening: Jan 11th, 6pm, Eisenstadt, Austria. The exhibition "Blue Gold - Water in Art" (1/12 - 3/26/17) opens up new perspectives on this topic showcasing paintings, sculptures or multimedia installations spanning three centuries as well as works by contemporary artists. Art shows powerfully how mankind experiences this vital element, water. The exhibited works tell stories of pleasure, of beauty but also of challenge, danger and disasters. The new permanent exhibition presents both: art and storytelling about cultural, topographical and ethnic diversity in the country.
