This Oil/Acrylic on Canvas, by Richard Koscher is after Franz Marc. An awardwinning graphic artist, Koscher most recently finished his "Blue Rider (Blaue Reiter) Hommage Series" that entails seven paintings of the Blue Rider group from artists such as Campendonk, Marc and Kandinsky.  Paul Goldman's work explores themes related to mood, memories, and contemporary life. Combining expressionism and a loose form of realism his paintings often suggest a mysterious and sensual narrative in a fun way. Influences: Hopper, Hockney, Diebenkorn and other Bay Area Figurative artists. 30"x40", acrylic on board.  |
